When visitors come to share in the pleasures of Landing at PGA Waterway, residents can offer an overnight stay in a private, separate guest suite, furnished with all the necessities for a relaxing stay. One guest suite is available to all residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Two additional guest suites may be individually purchased for exclusive use by one owner.
